This policy covers the personal data you give us through the DAC8 Exposure Score and the Keepstone Ledger signup. Keepstone is a founder-led advisory and research practice; it is not a tax-filing agent.
When you ask for your DAC8 breakdown we store only: your email address, your answers to the ten questions, your resulting score and band, and the timestamp. We do not ask for your name, wallet addresses, transaction data, or any documents, and the check requires no account.
To email you the personalised breakdown you requested, and, with your consent, occasional Keepstone Ledger issues. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Your email and answers are held in our email service provider (Resend) and our own records, used solely to deliver the breakdown and the Ledger.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will remove it from our records and mailing audience. To request deletion, email hello@keepstone.co.uk.
